Rhythm Dance Academy (RDA) is an intensive educational institute for dance that started its journey towards success in 2005. RDA has a rich history of teaching and nurturing its students of different ages and having different levels of challenges. We teach students in private batches and have, over the years, had immense influence in the field of dance.

What makes RDA unique?

Since its inception, RDA has helped students achieve their personal best in dance. The teaching staff at RDA address every student's unique traits and create an environment that facilitates personal development and growth in each of them. Students enjoy a warm and welcoming environment at RDA which propels them to develop their creative and artistic talents. Music Class

School of Rock-Music - Learn how to create music on the Piano / Keyboard and Guitar.

  • Learn the basics of how to play the musical instruments
  • Play songs with both hands on the piano and keyboard
  • Get introduced to music theory and how to record your first song

About the faculty -

Mr. Jonathan Paul is a leading pianist, composer and keyboardist based in Mumbai. After having performed in over 25 countries on the biggest stages of the world (including Wembley Arena in London) with leading superstars of music, Jonathan created Skills4Joy in 2020 to impart his two decades of knowledge and experience in the world of music to the next generation. Jonathan has worked with many legends of music such as Bryan Adams and Yanni. Closer home he was on a 4-year world tour as a featured pianist with Bollywood star Armaan Malik. In 2020, he started his music academy and solo music journey.

Mr. Sabyasachi is a leading guitarist in the Mumbai music world. He tours with top music professionals and has played in a concert with the iconic AR Rahman.

Zumba / Aerobics Dance Workout

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba is intended as a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which helps burn large amounts of calories. A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories! Besides its high calorie burning benefit, Zumba can help reduce blood pressure and bad cholesterol, and increase good cholesterol.

The scientific reason for why dance has the ability to act as a stress reliever stems from the idea that when the body feels good, the mind does, too. Zumba is good for the heart and it makes us stronger and helps us with our balance and coordination. Zumba routines incorporate interval training by alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Story telling

Storytelling is a creative art that allows the expression of imagination, feelings and culture through words that captures the attention of its listeners. It is comprised of interactive words and actions with voice modulation that keeps the audience hooked till the end. Storytelling is one of the oldest forms of teaching and learning and can be presented in various forms, such as ballets, puppet shows, musicals, and comedy acts.
