- Teacher to student ratio is 1:10 in Mars1 to ensure every learner gets their deserved attention and care.
- Staff is involved in regular, in-house training sessions for upskilling.
- Teachers are sent for workshops conducted by reputed organisations for enhancing their skills and for getting insights into the latest information in the field of education.
