A recreational walk in the refreshing rain!!
This is "learning outside classroom" where learners accompany their teacher for a walk in the garden to experience the sound and smell of rain.Learners were taken out while singing songs related to rain. Learners are curious by nature, this activity gave them an opportunity to observe their surroundings in the monsoon season.
Learners were excited to see the puddles and monsoon creatures. Learners observed the plants and trees getting wet in the rain.
Learners observed black and grey clouds, smell of mud, rain and leaves, feel of rain drops.
The activity concluded with the teacher explaining the importance of rain and encouraged learners to colour an umbrella.
